Competition Rules
  • Entry is by registration of your existing mortgage details with Mortgage Monitor by noon on 30th June 2012.
  • There will be one winner and one prize.
  • The winner will need to provide details of their current monthly mortgage interest payment.
  • The prize will consist of 1 payment equal to the winner’s monthly mortgage interest for 3 months up to a maximum of £3,000.
  • There is no alternative to the stated prize.
  • The draw will take place on 2nd July 2012 and the winner notified that day.
  • The winner's name and county address will be available from the promoter between 3rd and 31st July 2012, provided an SAE is enclosed.
  • The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The promoter of the offer is Mortgage Monitor Ltd, 1 Raven Road, London E18 1HB.

We may keep details of this Application and Agreement in our computer records for the purpose of administration. Any information held may be disclosed to, recorded by and used by any party authorised by us. You are entitled to be provided with information held on computer by Mortgage Monitor Ltd upon request (a small charge may be payable). Under section seven (1) of the Data Protection Act 1998 your lender may request a £10 fee to release information regarding your mortgage. If your lender decides to handle the request in this way the information will be sent direct to you. Once received please contact us on free phone 0800 988 4000 so that we can advise you what details we require to produce your introductory report. Your Advisor or Mortgage Monitor Ltd may contact you with information. Contact could made be by mail, telephone, or e-mail. If you do not wish to receive such information please tick this box.

We do not charge a fee for our advice as we are normally paid a commission by the lender. If you prefer, you can opt to pay us a fee and we will pay you any commission which we are paid by the lender. If you choose this option, the fee will be 0.5% of the loan amount (cash example £500 on a loan amount of £100,000) payable on completion of the mortgage. We will then refund any commission that we receive from the lender to you.
